Returns

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the item.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may cover return shipping costs where applicable.
  • If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping expenses.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
